Aava Glass Igloos is a family-owned retreat created by two brothers from Northern Finland together with their families.
The idea grew from a simple thought: some of the best moments in Lapland are shaped by contrasts. Cold air and warm saunas. Snowy landscapes and a quiet space of your own. Arctic adventures and unhurried evenings beneath the sky.
We wanted to create a place where guests can experience these elements of Finnish wellbeing in a way that feels natural, comfortable and easy.
At Aava, the essentials are close at hand: a private glass-roofed suite, your own inviting Finnish sauna and kitchen, carefully selected experiences and the freedom to slow down.
